  13. XDU - display the output of "du" in an X window
  14.  
  15. XDU is a program for displaying a graphical tree of disk space
  16. utilization as reported by the UNIX utility "du".  The window
  17. is divided up into several columns, each of which is one level
  18. deeper in the directory hierarchy (from left to right).  Boxes
  19. are drawn for each directory.  The amount of vertical space
  20. occupied by each box is directly proportional to the amount of
  21. disk space consumed by it and all of its children.  The name of
  22. each directory will be displayed provided that there is enough
  23. space within its box. The information may be sorted by directory
  24. name, size, etc.
